Comment on list classification: Promoted from red to green. GNA11 is confirmed to be associated with type II hypocalciuric hypercalcemia on OMIM, but not on Gene2Phenotype. There are only 3 reported AP2S1 missense variants in unrelated patients with type II hypocalciuric hypercalcemia.
