Severe microcephaly v2.317 CPSF3 Sarah Leigh changed review comment from: Associated with relevant phenotype in OMIM and as moderate Gen2Phen gene for CPSF3-associated neurodevelopmental disorder with seizures and microcephaly. PMID: 35121750 reports two CPSF3 variants in cases, c.1403G>A, p.Gly468Glu (NM_016207.3) in two Icelandic families and c.1061T>C, p.Ile354Thr (NM_016207.3) in a large consanguineous Mexican family.
