Tracy Lester (Genetics laboratory, Oxford UK)
cerebellar ataxia inherited in an autosomal dominant pattern -all patients had trembling of both hands, which was exacerbated by emotional stress and physical exercise. Mild unsteadiness and ataxia of the upper limbs, especially under unusual circumstances, began at age 15 to 20 years. Second family, onset 12 years. Two families on OMIM plus third with a translocation that dirsupts the gene - onset can be early adulthood? red/green?Created: 2 Sep 2019, 4:06 p.m. | Last Modified: 2 Sep 2019, 4:06 p.m.
