Aicardi-Goutieres: refractory dystonia starting between ages 9 months and 5 years, progressive rapidly or over several months. GOF G1007R or recessive LOF mutations. DSH also G1007R - characterized by hyperpigmented and hypopigmented macules on the face and dorsal aspects of the extremities that appear in infancy or early childhood and get progressively worse.
