Comment on list classification: There are >3 published papers describing homozygous variant (G428A), which inactivates the FUT2 protein causing it to not make H type-1 ligand that is required for virus binding, conferring virus resistance. This variant is present in ~20% of European population.

Therefore there is enough evidence to promote this gene to Green status.
