Green List (high evidence)

Four children from two families plus fetus presumed affected with features of Meckel Gruber syndrome (both parents carriers). Severe microcephaly (-2 to -4 at birth), retro/micrognathia, pachygyria and simplified gyri. Lethal in mice and zebrafish models, so does not technically meet threshold for criterion C (existence of an animal model which recapitulates the human phenotype).
