Green List (high evidence)

Comment on mode of inheritance: Set mode of inheritance to X-linked dominant after clinical review so that both X-linked dominant and X-linked recessive inheritance would be picked up.
Created: 24 Mar 2019, 8:30 p.m.
This gene and phenotype were reviewed during meetings at Great Ormond Street hospital in March 2019. Clinical review and curation was performed by Lyn Chitty, Anna de Burca, Rhiannon Mellis, Richard Scott, Ellen McDonagh and Rebecca Foulger. Outcome of review: Confirmed that phenotype is fetally-relevant: keep on the Fetal anomalies panel as Green. Additional notes from clinical review: Include on the panel with both XLD and XLR modes of inheritance; although there is less evidence for structural features with XLR, there are some reports.
Created: 24 Mar 2019, 4:30 p.m.
DDG2P rating in original PAGE list: Confirmed for IMMUNODEFICIENCY NEMO-RELATED WITHOUT ANHIDROTIC ECTODERMAL DYSPLASIA, Confirmed for INCONTINENTIA PIGMENTI, Confirmed for ECTODERMAL DYSPLASIA ANHIDROTIC WITH IMMUNODEFICIENCY-OSTEOPETROSIS-LYMPHEDEMA, Confirmed for ECTODERMAL DYSPLASIA ANHIDROTIC WITH IMMUNODEFICIENCY X-LINKED and Confirmed for SUSCEPTIBILITY TO X-LINKED FAMILIAL ATYPICAL MICOBACTERIOSIS TYPE 1.
Created: 11 Dec 2018, 9:05 a.m.
The Monoallelic MOI for INCONTINENTIA PIGMENTI in the original PAGE list was ignored, and the Hemizygous mode of inheritance was recorded in PanelApp.
Created: 8 Nov 2018, 4:46 p.m.

Mode of inheritance
BOTH monoallelic and biallelic, autosomal or pseudoautosomal

Details

Mode of Inheritance
X-LINKED: hemizygous mutation in males, monoallelic mutations in females may cause disease (may be less severe, later onset than males)
