Comment on mode of inheritance: Mode of inheritance in original PAGE file was Monoallelic for 'CUTIS LAXA, AUTOSOMAL DOMINANT 3' and 'SPASTIC PARAPLEGIA 9, AUTOSOMAL DOMINANT', and Biallelic for 'MENTAL RETARDATION-JOINT HYPERMOBILITY-SKIN LAXITY WITH OR WITHOUT METABOLIC ABNORMALITIES'. Clinical review confirmed that ALDH18A1 should be on the panel with both monoallelic and biallelic inheritance.
