Comments from prev reivew: Four cases across three families in a single paper. There do appear to be prenatal (brain) presentations. Much better evidence for GTPBP2 which is already on fetal anomalies panel. There are no newer papers (pubmed, omim, hgmd) so recommend to keep amber.
