At least four unrelated families reported. PMID:29588463 - 2 affected sibs, biallalic variants, cone rod dystrophy, polydactyly, LD, obesity, and chronic renal failure. PMID:30761183 - 1 affected proband biallelic variants RP, postaxial polydactyly, obesity, hypogonadism, kidney dysfunction and cognitive impairment. PMID:26763875 - consanguineous family, 2 affected children presented typical BBS features, homozygous splice-site variant.
