I don't know

There is one publication PMID: 31985013 which reports a bi-allelic NHP2 variants and Hoyeraal Hreidarsson syndrome. This syndrome can present prenatally with IUGR, microcephaly, cerebellar hypoplasia. I cannot find another publication reporting this.
