Only one with limb malf seen congenitally, causes dev del, ID , autism, angelman like. 2 with thin corpus callosum picked up postnatally, cortical atrophy postnatal. 35607920: neurodev, 8 cases, none had antenatal anomalies, 4 had postnatal thin CC or chiari, white matter loss.

No evidence detected prenatally in paper. Amber - more evidence of prenatal phenotype required.
