This review was added on behalf of Dr Tazeen Ashraf (GOSH): 33941880: NSD2 loss-of-function variants lead to a distinct, rather mild phenotype partially overlapping with WHS. To avoid confusion for patients, NSD2 deficiency may be named Rauch-Steindl syndrome. Prenatal growth restriction has been reported but would not necessarily be associated with other scan anomalies. 37351323: prenatal growth restriction reported but no other antenatal phenotype. Already green gene in panel app R27, R88 (severe microcephaly)
