Green List (high evidence)

Biallelic variants detected in 22 cases across 15 families, phenotypes range from early-onset Parkinson's disease to perinatal lethality depending on severity of variant (39148840). Prenatal-onset disease reported in 5 cases in 4 families with biallelic loss-of-function variants and manifests as arthrogryposis and agenesis/hypoplasia of the corpus callosum.
