Red List (low evidence)

Not green on any panels. PMID:32627184 - two independent cases of syndromic thrombocytopenia with multiple malformations, microcephaly, learning difficulties, dysmorphism and other features. Exome sequencing identified two novel de novo heterozygous variants; PMID:26280580. Possibly also speculation that this gene could be a rare cause of Kabuki. Looks like these are emerging themes and not yet enough of a gene disease association. Red.
