Single paper - 6 indivuduals, 4 families, 3 missesnse variants and 1 del (note contains other genes). 4 has birthweight over 97th, 95, no data for other, birth head circumference for two provided over 97%, also one more but born 28 weeks gestation corrected to 95th for 40 weeks. Brain MRI, 4 Dilated ventricles, multiple white matter lesions, cavum septum pellucidu, and cortical atrophy, mild hydrocephaly in one. No age provided for MRI though.
