Not OMIM Morbid, not yet curated by ClinGen or PanelApp UK. Total 5 unrelated consanguineous families homozygous variants, all died in early infancy. At least 1 case presented prenatally with polyhydramnios and multiple congenital anomalies, others with fetal akinesia syndrome. Consistent postnatal features include arhtrogryposis, neutropenia, recurrent infections, respiratory failure. PMID: 37460201 multiple consanguinity 3 affected siblings homozygous, all other family members carrier of WT.
