Not on any panelapp panels. Linders et al: 1 family. 3x affecteds tested - 1 TOP at 20-21 weeks. Further TOP in family at 20-21 weeks for congenital anomalies without genetic testing (details not provided). Reported features: short long bones (n=3), suspicion of chondrodysplasia, narrow thorax (n=2), talipes, flexion contracture both knees (29/40). Other features, unclear if detected antenatally but probably viewable on scan: agenesis of left kidney, VSD, PDA, ventriculomegaly, micrognathia. Functional work on primary skin fibroblasts from affected patients. Fairly convincing single case for prenatal onset monogenic disorder.
