This gene and phenotype were reviewed during meetings between November 2023 & July 2024. The meetings included representatives of the North Thames and Central & South R21 testing GLHs and from the R21 Clinical Oversight Group. I don't know

I cannot find evidence that this gene causes Central hypoventilation syndrome, it certainly isn't in any of the papers provided. Definitely causes AD and AR Waardenbug-Shah, but outside of very severe HSCR, I cannot see that this would present antenatally. Of note, the gene isn't in the HSCR 'panel'; Amber for Hirschsprung as not sure if obstruction would be eligible for R21 in future.
