Pathogenic variant seen in R14 case presenting with small cerebral hemispheres, short corpus callosum, developmental anomalies of pons and cerebellum, ascites, pleural effusions, positional talipes, facial dysmorphism, heart murmur and posturing. Other reports of structural brain anomalies presenting early in over half of 12 cases from 7 families, several noted by few weeks of age.
