Arina Puzriakova (Genomics England Curator)

- PMID: 22589734 (2012) - A 29 Mb deletion encompassing DYNC2H1 was found in one patient with syndromic hirschsprung disease which included moderate mental retardation, mild hydrocephalus, microcephaly, cardiomyopathy and congenital hypotonia. Other candidate genes in this region include CNTN5 and CARD17. Skeletal findings that are typical for DYNC2H1 are not reported.
