Movement phenotype seems to be predominant feature and Impaired cognitive functioning (unrelated to hormone deficiency) that includes learning disabilities in children and deficits in attention, visuospatial abilities, and recall in adults is a common but less frequent in ALL of the PNPLA6-related disorders.
