Comment on mode of inheritance: Adding 'watchlist_moi' tag to monitor for evidence supporting association of monoallelic variants in this gene with ID. To date, three unrelated cases have been reported (PMID: 32169171) with dominant variants. Two patients had impaired cognition while one remained cognitively intact. These cases should be picked up via other routes (neuropathy, hearing loss) but monitoring evidence pertaining to monoallelic variants may be of value.
